My time at QGSL was fundamental to my academic, professional, and personal development, providing valuable experiences in quantitative genetics, plant breeding, data analysis, and the development of interpersonal skills. During my master's degree, I had the opportunity to conduct research focused on genotype-by-environment interaction and the use of relationship information to assess the performance and stability of maize genotypes. The knowledge, experiences, and collaborations I gained throughout this period continue to contribute directly to my professional work as a Research Assistant.
