I am an Agronomy undergraduate student at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) and an Agricultural Technician graduated from IF Baiano. My background in agricultural sciences is driven by the search for innovation and more resilient plant genotypes, with a research focus on Genetics and Olericulture. Currently, I am a Research Intern at the Quantitative Genetics and Statistical Learning Laboratory. My goal is to understand how data science and quantitative genetics can enhance plant breeding for adaptation to diverse environments. To achieve this, I have been developing strong analytical skills, including the use of the R programming language for genetic data management. My operational foundation was built through hands-on fieldwork, experiencing the practical reality of crop management from early on. With intermediate English proficiency and a clear objective of building an academic career by pursuing a master's degree and a Ph.D., I seek to connect with professionals and researchers who share the vision of transforming agriculture through research, genetics, and technology.
