Ph.D. student in Genetics and Plant Breeding at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), specializing in quantitative genetics, genotype-by-environment interaction (G×E), and enviromics. My research focuses on developing robust, data-driven methodologies to enhance prediction accuracy and support strategic decision-making in plant breeding programs, particularly under complex and heterogeneous environmental scenarios. I am currently working on feature engineering strategies for environmental characterization, spatial interpolation of climatic and edaphic variables, uncertainty quantification, and the optimization of integrated predictive pipelines that combine genomic and enviromic information to improve selection efficiency and genetic gain.
