Auburn Researches visit

The Auburn Univeristy Commitive was meeting Universidade Federal de Viçosa and we were pleased to present they the Idata Building. The intention is to strengthen the partnership between this two importante universities.

Were with us:

• Dr. Andrew Gillespie, Assistant Provost for International Programs and professor of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences;
• Dr.Zeki Billor, Research Fellow of the Department of Geosciences, specialist in geochronology, tectonics, geochemistry and environmental geology;
• Dr. Ming-Kuo Lee, professor of the Department of Geosciences, with researches in hydrogeology, geochemistry, groundwater and climate changes;
• Dr. Nedret Billor, professor of Mathematics and Statistics, with experience in data science and multivariate and functional statistical analysis;
• Dr. Xu Wang, professor of Department of Pathobiology and International Liaison of College of Veterinary Medicine, he studies comparative genomics, animal health and international cooperation, and;
• Dr. Brandon Smith, assistent professorof Ruminant Nutrition, Department of Animal Sciences, with interest in ruminant nutrition e forage systems.

We hope this visit can bring new opportunities to both our students.
